    It is with great regret and deepest sympathy that I relay news of the death of Richmond-Hopewell
    ISA Past-President and great friend Bob Becker.  

    Our deepest sympathies are with his wife Beverly, sons Doug and Matt and his entire family.
    Flowers were sent to the services from our section along with all of our thoughts and prayers.
